Here’s the passage for today it’s from Matthew ch 10:
32-33“Stand up for me against world opinion and I’ll stand up for you before my Father in heaven. If you turn tail and run, do you think I’ll cover for you?
Some things to think about:
Are YOU willing to stand up for Jesus?
Does Jesus have good reason to stand up for you in front of his father?
Will Jesus always have your back?
Welcome everyone to our new blog! I thought the title Fisher of Men seemed appropriate 
Well, this is a place where all are welcome, and I hope that you find this helpful. Just for a little background info, I was thinking today and I thought about how sometimes you go to church on Sunday, so go Sunday school or youth group, and then you’re all on your own during the week. So, my idea was that this could be a place to stay connected, and know that we’re here to support each other throughout the week, whether it’s just saying hi, or saying quick prayer for the calc test you have to take tomorrow.:) Everyone needs support, so why not support each other here? Every week, or maybe even every couple days, I’ll post a new piece of scripture. Think about it, think how it relates to you and to your every day life. Feel free to write a response, discuss it together, share your opinion, or even just write about how your week/day is going. This is a way we can stay connected, whether you see each other every sunday, or you’re away at school. Enjoy, Post, Pray, and Peace!
